We’ve found that cars with gas mileage monitors give us two games to play: Figuring out the best mileage we can squeeze out of the car, and figuring out the worst mileage we can get. While the latter is increasingly fun, Nissan is hoping you’ll play the gas-saving game with its announcement nowadays that all future models will include a fuel-efficiency gauge as standard equipment.
The gauge will display instant, as well as average, mileage readings to give drivers an notion of how their driving habits affect their gas mileage. Nissan reports
The gauge will find its way into current models scheduled for minor production freshenings, including the Nissan Altima and Infiniti G35, the automaker said.
